Fundacja PoTA Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of services offered by the Fundacja POTA, ul. Zygmunta Modzelewskiego 58A / 50, 02-679 Warszawa, Polska. KRS: 0001044512 REGON: 525908776 NIP: 5214029021 (“PoTA”) through its website, pota.com.pl (the “Website”). By purchasing any services from PoTA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Information
- Service Descriptions: PoTA makes every effort to accurately describe services on the Website. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Service Availability: PoTA reserves the right to discontinue or modify services without notice.
Ordering, Payment and Complaints
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase services from PoTA. All orders are subject to acceptance by PoTA.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. PoTA accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, BLIK, and other popular methods.
- Prices: Prices for services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.
- If it turns out that the delivered goods are not in accordance with the order, the Ordering Party has the right to exchange the goods for the ordered or new ones.
- The ordered services can be cancelled by dropping an e-mail : contact@pota.com.pl
- Complaints are considered within 14 days.
- A Buyer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).

- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by PoTA or its licensors.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: The Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PoTA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
